As we all anxiously await a return to normalcy while doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19, Sister Ave and friends of Heart to Heart Ministry began gathering weekly, virtually, via phone conference calls. The 30-minute calls started in late April and continue weekly on Thursdays at 10 AM, 1 PM and 7 PM. Sister Ave has a service dog named Sunshine Yorkie… He is now almost 16 years old and is blind and deaf. He and Sister Ave still deliver care to others. Perhaps his little shirt reminds us all during this virus crisis to have big hearts and care about one another.
